I just got my 02 Classic 700 fired up, and let it run a little above idle for a while...I noticed with my infrared temp gauge one cylinder exhaust outlet was 380 degrees where the other was around 300.

I put all new exhaust seals, cleaned the carbs, spark plugs, and a few other stuff...The jetting is stock, and the VES valves are clean.

Any thoughts? Possible because the intake of the water pump is on cooler cylinder side (magneto)?
