I HAVE JUST GOT A 98 ZRT 600 I RODE 40 MILES WHEN MY BUDDIES SLED BROKE DOWN. WE DID A LOT OF STOPPING WORKING ON HIS SLED THEN FINALLY LEFT IT WHEN WE LEFT I WAS FOLLOWING THE OTHER SLED GOT MAYBYE 3 MI. WHEN MINE OVERHEATED. WE CHECK THE THERMOSTAT IT WAS OPEN ADDED COOLANT. NOW SLED ONLY RUNS 5 MINS.THEN TEMP LIGHT IS ON MOOR IS REAL HOT BUT EXHAUST PIPES NOT HOT YET.I ALSO HAVE CHANGED HEAD GASKETS BUT NO CHANGE.ANY IDEAS WOULD BE GREAT THANKS.

I'm having problems with overheating and here is some feedback so far I recieved.

1) Bleed air "Burp" from system, see other posts on this. Probably most important
2) Pressure test resivor cap
3) Make sure enough snow getting to coolers
4) Track too tight?
5) Coolant circulating? If its belt driven, check belt, gear driven, take hose off and see if propeller is turning
