My hood on my triple edge has some scratches so I want to paint it black and turn it into a black edge x it already has a black belly pan so why not plus I like the look. I see 03's allot I thought polaris made a 01 and 02 snow check only.So if you have any pics It would help with the transformation

Dont have any pics but thats the XCR 800 engine right? I see it has power valves so im thinkin its the 800.

Looks like a hell of an engine. Sounds like a fun project. black always looks good, especially when you have details that are another color.

Yeah its a 2002 XCR 800 motor. HTG edge conversion with their pipes Doug Flannery trail ported it runs great I'm loving the big triple power.
I think black is the way to go.Hope I can get some pics somewhere googled it but can,t find pre 03's
