With the recent storm, we've had over 5 feet of snow at lake level and almost 10 feet of snow in the higher elevations!!! [8D]

I can't wait to bust into some of that fresh powder!!! [:p]

There's a new storm front on the way in, by the way -- at least 3 more feet expected. [:)]

Yeah, I hear you guys are getting slammed with snow out there. Are there many trails to ride around Tahoe, or is it mostly mountain riding?

Hey TFin70, The great thing about Tahoe is there is almost any kind of riding here that you may want to do, including trails.

The area that I've snowmobiled most would be more mountain riding though (Alpine County / Hope Valley / Blue Lake / Red Lake / Carson Pass). Within the Tahoe Basin there are more trails.

This is an El Nino winter, so we expect really good snowfall! [:D]

Be careful with all that new snow, I already heard of a snowboarder that got killed in an Avalache last week(?) there. Other than that, glad to see others enjoying there winter too!
