just bought triumph it has 1400 miles but the first owner complained about fouling spark plugs the machine is bone stock but would like not to spend riding time changing spark plugs also i am a heavy man 325 lbs any thing i should do to acomadate this just need help i realy like this machine

drop your needles if it's running too rich. That is only if the plugs are black. If there brown or grey leave them alone. Theoiler could also be too high.

Welcome to the board.....there are a few of us Triumph owners on here.

After experimenting I am now running 340 jets(stock are 360's) and needles in the #2 position. Runs great and no more fouling of plugs. Those 2 items are easy to do yourself and jets are under $10. Also should get the heavy duty rear torsion springs and put them on. Part#'s for those springs are 7041631-067(Left) and 7041632-067
(right).
