So yesterday I wanted to take the sled for a little spin just to make sure everything was alright before the big snow we got last night. I get the sled fired up and the rmps quickly start rising. Well what the hell. I go to tap the throttle and nothing. I squeeze the throttle and it wont budge. Now I'm getting mad. The carbs were cleaned 2 weeks ago and was running 1 week ago. So after ripping out the air box, checking the carb slides, making sure the throttle wasnt froze from the meltdown last week, and taking apart my throttle extension I finally figured it out. The stock throttle cable was frozen. So after sitting outside with the hair dryer for a couple min and putting everything back together all was well. I see a new throttle line in the future. Hopefully its fine for a week or two as I really dont wanna go through that again.

Spray some lube down the cable to push the water out and prevent it from happening again.
