that is sweet. it's just like my brothers- those 600s are about the sweetest sounding stock sleds i've ever heard, although his has a crack in the pipe, so that might add to the cackle....

i've never been a big fan of the white either, but i do like the 98s, probably because of the black headlight surround and not the white. we had a 98 super sport, and have a 98 xc 600, and i think they both look sharp- although a personal fav of mine is the 98 xcr 440 (right polaris-man?) they just got it right with the look of those

Yeah- I hear you on the white- but I am not sure that it is the white that is odd- I think it is the pink/purple/blue/red/white/black combo that throws it off. It is a helluva lot of different colors to put on one sled. Sometimes simple is better, but I'll tell you what, for a first sled, this thing really does move out...

yah, the pink and purple are kinda odd. it would have been cooler to use just the red, white, and blue. kinda like the 700, only switch the red and blue around.

hey man you got a sweet sled on ur hands those sleds are quick i personally like the white i think it makes the sled stand out more now my sled on the other hand i gotta get rid of that pink

How long can I sit on my sled in the garage before I need to seek professional help??? I have probably made about 200 minor adjustments on my sled and I have put on 19 actual miles- about 30 minutes of riding. If you calculate the "garage sitting" hours it probably adds up to the average time spent riding in a season.. I am losin' it...

It is January and it is 45 degrees in Fargo--KILL ME!

I'm starting to lose it too. I only got about 20 miles on this whole season with my 98' XCR 440 SP. Mostly, from those little drifts that formed in the ditch. Old man winter is a big baby this year; at least in MN.

I love those 98' 600's too. I've always called that chassis the Flying Wedgie.

You guys are losing it? I`m losing it! We have a lot of snow and guess where my sled is.............in the shop getting fixed. Its driving me nuts. I want to ride not let it sit. But hey at least i have the rest of the season to ride.

Heh, heh...too funny. I suffer from the same condition. I got done cleaning my sled, and I was just sitting on it admireing it for a while. When my girlfriend comes out to the garage to see what I was doing. She asks me what I'm doing and I said nothing. Gave me one of those looks like "your freakin crazy" and walks off. Oh well, can't help it.
