Pro X problem solved

641 Views 7 Replies 6 Participants Last post by  Polaris-Man
Got my Pro X fan back the night before last and I think it's gonna live. The problem was, there wasn't enough room for the stator wires, and the wire insulation was worn off after so many thousand revolutions. So it's on its 3rd stator now, but they modified it to correct the problem. Now all I have to do is finish breaking it in and do some jetting & tuning.I already have 190 miles in two nights riding. This thing is FUN FUN FUN!

Dude, don't freak out.

Yahh, man, like it I do.I broke 70mph with it the other night, but I don't want to run the piss out of it till its broke in & tuned proper. It does pretty darn good for a fan.it should be alot better after I jet it down some, it loads up if you don't run it fast. Not very handy for riding with my girlfriend, who gets stuck sometimes.I'll get er set up right now that I got a running sled to work with.
What an awesome ride though!I see a mean bump coming and think it's gonna suck, but this sled just soaks it right up smooth-like.I'm all happy & sh*t!

Dude, don't freak out.
Good to hear steve!
