i have a 2005 arctic cat sno pro 440, runs off 110 fuel mixed 32:1, i already melted one pistin and i dont want to melt another one, i need help finding what i should jet it at for where im riding, alt. 900 and temp between 0 and 30 degrees F. i know it has 240 in right now for the jets, thanks.

well i would start a few sizes bigger then. Like a 280 and read the plugs and piston wash and jet down accordingly. How bad was the piston? What did it look like? did you pull the other off and make sure it was ok too?

you will probably want to jet for every 10 degrees with that sled. Reading plugs and piston wash is a must though. Look into a dial-a-jet for ease of re-jetting, or just become efficient at switching them out. 440 racers can be fairly temper-mental for jetting and need to be watched carefully

I would put in it exactly what the manual says should be in it for that temp and altidude.. then check the plugs and piston wash and adjust accordingly.
