I have a 97 Ultra SPX and i'm interested in getting some PSI or SLP pipes for it because i've read on the forums here they're pretty impressive in terms of a loud bark. I found a set of PSI pipes near me for 250 and apparently in really good condition. They guy took them off a 93 XLT. Will they fit? And is that a good price? And anyone have any input on these? Thanks

XLT pipes on an Ultra?
That's not the right set up.
Keep looking and find a set that's actually made for an Ultra.
Otherwise it won't run right, it will be a jetting nightmare with no baseline to start with, and possibly lead to a melt down because of having no jetting baseline.

also, don't forget, along with the jetting differences, there is also the clutching set up that needs to be done.

Putting the incorrect pipes on the sled, will lose you horsepower.
