hi i wanted to change me recoil spring i tried to rewind it but still stuck oh how to put it in. and my engine for some reason stoped running period i had a 1 pull 5 cycle and now its a 4 cycle with 1 pull. now the problem is is when i pull to full extended and let it go back in it stops what up with that recoil spring screwed or is it the pull cord string starting to go.

what is the best way that i can get an enmergency start on the thing where do i put the cable or string.

Your spring probably isn't tight enough or the cord is wrapping wierd.

As for the secondary method of starting, you turn the primary clutch. I'm guessing you don't have a starting rope (for lack of proper term) in your sled. Usually they are a flat nylon rope about an inch or so wide and I spose 2 feet long with a handle on the end.

You wrap the rope around the primary and pull. Do no hook the rope on the primary, otherwise you could lose some body parts.
