I can't wait to get everything back together. Its going to look nice. The rest of my sled is all black so this white should be a cool contrast.

I used a local shop right around the corner from where I work in Waukesha, WI. They did fine job. Dropped off last Wednesday afternoon, picked up on Monday morning. $150 for everything in the photos below.

I'd definitely refer this shop to anyone looking for powder coating services. Here is their website if anyone is interested. http://www.hy-tecpowdercoating.com/home/

I believe their min order is $100.

Looks good. Should have had the shock spring powdercoated also, IMO.

I agree, but I would powder coat the spring black to add a little more contrast to the scheme instead of all the metal in white.

I'm going to do the spring next year when I have the front a-arms, spindle housings and rear bumper PC'd. I got it all back together last night.

Now I can start going through my wife's Ultra Touring. After going through and servicing the entire rear suspension on my sled, I figure I'll do the same to our other machine too. Its more fun doing this kind of work in the off season when the weather is nice. Plus you can't beat the peace of mind knowing you can just jump on and ride during the season.

Have fun keeping that clean!!!
Actually I had the white and black theme on my REV and it looked great. After one season though it really dulled on the white rails, and most pivot points. They get grease all over the rails. Still looks better by a long shot over stock, but I will not do the white rails again. I now have done two more rear suspensions since my REV and I did black on each new project. Hell, they aint show sleds right!?!?!?! Go White!
