Can I adjust these to loosen off the suspension on my machine? I can't think of anything else that will make my suspension softer. Any hints?

Well I'm not a Polaris Guy so I can't give advice on adjusting it. What I can recommend though is that you remove the suspension. Once it's out clean, inspect and grease all the cross shafts, replace any worn bushings, shafts and bearings. You may even find a few cracks that need to be repaired. It's likely that this will loosen the sled up.
