Now don't get me wrong, I don't have a problem paying for my trail pass, and I buy one every year. But if we don't get some trails to ride one soon i think they should give us a small "rebate" on our trail pass next year.
I know they are paying for, insurance, equipment, admin. etc but they are not paying for fuel and grooming, so maybe a little cash back would be nice.
What do you think?

Or maybe a " I survived the trail-less 07 season" T-shirt.

I don't know about where you are, but here the groomers bid before the season starts, and get paid whether they don't have to groom or it is a crazy season & have to groom early & late, so the state pays for it regardless. I know it sucks, but we all pay one way or another.

If you have a dictionary, look up "Fat Chance". Once a Govt gets your money, they are not so readily inclined to get it back to you.

Yah, the trails suck here well, there isnt any up yet but last year was terrible. We had snow almost through the whole year and they started grooming half ways through the year.
