we checked out/cleaned up all conections. bought a clymer book... very helpfull when one doesn't know what and how to check components for proper voltage/ohms. Any way, we narrowed the problem down to the exciter coil thats attached to the stator plate! On the back side that you cann't see the coil wire was burned off which resulted in it didn't have the 248 ohm resistance it should have. $40 bucks and two weeks later, Shes' screamming again. Hope this can help out someone in the same situation. The sled has 7300 miles on it. Thanks for everyones input. Brad
