Nice. Really like those '92 graphics. When you're done with the '92, will that '88 get the same treatment?
Gotta love the sound of that 650 Tripple! Keep us updated too, looks like its a nice machine to start off

The 88" is my improved stock drag sled.
This sled has only 400 miles on it. All race/test miles. This sled is really clean.

I recovered my Seat last week and then had the Polaris heat stamped on the side for my 92' 650 restore.

Looking really good. I just picked up anther 88 myself. Was just going to use it for parts. Turns out it has 130 psi across all three. After seeing your post maybe I'll clean it up and see how it goes.
I'm digging it. More photos of the 87, 88, 01, and the other two I can't identify, please!

I will post a few soon!
Wow, your machines look spectacular.
Could you explain the heat stamping process of the Polaris logo on the seat more? Did you do this yourself or take it somewhere that specializes in decal-ing vinyl/leather?
Been FOREVER since I've seen a traditional Indy hood Bra. Feels like the early 90's all over again. Nice work.

I took it to a graphic shop. They have some type of heat iron to adhesive it on.
Nice work! Looks great and am looking forward to the finished product!
Bought a '91 650 new. Added an SP kit, (longer radius rods, tie rods, along with longer, thicker sway bar) Carl's Cycle Fox Shocks set-up by Jack Struthers, Aaen trips, clutching, gearing, etc to make it run.
Great sleds! The "02" cylinders were a good improvement.

Mine also has a SP kit form a 96' Ultra Sp front and rear. I also have a set of AAEN pipes for it as well!
I have the motor apart right now and hope to have it rebuilt by the weekend. What kind of Clutch / Gearing / Carb set up did you run? Vehicle Technology Speedboat Watercraft Piano
