how big of a riser can i put on my wedge style chasis before i have to extend cables and such? tnx[?]

I had 2" on my xc 700 and I could have went another 1 1/2" at most.
Now on my xcr 440 I have about 3" of extra brake line. So I could go about 4-5" before I would need to extend brake hose. With the current throttle I could go about 4" max.

Every sled is different. Best thing is to check for yourself. Take off mounting bolts and use a block of wood to check how high you can go. Remember to turn bars both ways to make sure wires or cables dont get pinched.

2" on mine maybe 3" thats pushin' it...

id say 2 then after that youll have toi put a throttle extension in but brake should be fine on my sled had to change the brake after 3 inches

I installed a 4 inches powermad pivot riser on my sled and just add to add a brake line extension. The gaz line was long enough.
