I'm doing an engine swap on a 2005 IQ and after I got the original motor out I noticed the rubber that the motor mount bolt is on (on the bulkhead) is cracked. Its like ripped halfway so you can move it but its still attached. I'm wondering if these can be replaced or if it would be okay if I just glued it? I don't see how to replace it and I don't want to just rip it off. The other 3 are still good.

I wouldn't recomend glueing them.....Replace it...Unless you want to go through belts every ride.

I realize that I should replace it, but I don't see how? It looks like its supposed to be solid mounted to the bulkhead, permanently. I've never heard of anybody having to replace this before.

There is either a nut on the other side, or a nut welded to the chassis it threads into.
