Hello,

Just purchased a 99 ZR 600 with about 1400 miles on it and i was thinking about rebuliding the rear shock this year just for a more firm ride but then I am thinking that is a lot of work dropping the suspention just to get a shock rebulit. Was thinking about waiting until next year when I could just do all of them. Just curiouse what people think about this. Will it really cause any damage if I wait? will I notice that much difference? Would appreciate any feedback anyone would have on this. Thanks.

It depends on how many miles it has been used since the last rebuild/new and how hard it has been ridden. Sounds to me that you would like to revalve the shock stiffer, but I could be wrong.
