could be a very worn belt, or possibly a pinched fuel line.
Does it want to quit running at 60, or does it get there and just stay there?

I would defintly check your clutch first, but if you gave us some more info on what it does when it hits 60 then we could give you a better idea.

Ill bet its the clutches or a worn belt. If was the fuel it probably wouldnt run good at all even up to 60mph but check that to anyways. Get a new belt and clean the clutches is a good starting point! After that a clutch rebuild would be my next step.

That sounds alot like your clutches (I had the same problem with mine). Clean your secondary first, its much easer to take apart and clean, then try it out.
