[navy]I recently bought a scanner, so i scanned photos of my sleds and four wheeler. These are much clearer than my old pics.[/font=Century Gothic][/navy]

[navy]My XCR:[/font=Century Gothic][/navy]

[navy]These pics were taken after a ride one night. It was windy and snowing.[/font=Century Gothic][/navy]

[navy]Here are some pics of my first sled. A 1990 Polaris Indy 650. This beast had 11,370 miles.[/font=Century Gothic][/navy]

[navy]Here are some pics of my old wheeler. A 1987 Polaris Trail Boss 250 R/ES. It was originally light blue and faded, so I painted it dark blue. These pics are 4 years old. In the second pic I am the back left person.[/font=Century Gothic][/navy]

Nice pics! The '92 XCR sure looks like it's in good condition.

A guy in my area has a '93 XCR 440 with over 22,000 miles on it!

I just like to look @ those sleds, they paved the way for my '98 XCR 440 SP!

[navy]Thats alot of miles. 22,000. Not many sleds live that long. I actually just sold mine because the crankshaft went and i didn't want to fix it. It only had 5813 miles. Plus it seems winter is over.[/font=Century Gothic][/navy]

nice lookign sled. I have one of those Trail bosses. Mine is faded but only the gas tank. It is kind of odd. My dad pulled an almost 90 degree wheelie on it and rode it right off a dam bank. Rear rack got kind of messed up. And our starter just stopped working. Also a motor mount busted so it would shift around and rub the inside of the clutch housing away. I need to do some work on it. I don't think we ever changed the belt the whole time we owned it :)
Oh yeah and the seat will never stay on. You ahve that problem? it won't lock in just sort of sit there. You can never push it far enough to lock in. THe guy before us drilled a hole in the gas tank because he thought you had to to remove the tank. So that has semi leaked the entire time we owned it.

Sounds like you've had quite the time with your 4-wheeler.

oh yeah. I want to find an beat to heck 80 something performance one this summer and build up a nice one. I need something with a bit more kick.
Yeah mine hauled some Wicked whellies. LOL. I beat the piss out of it. Those old polaris's will run 4 eve. I had the primary clutch rub threw on mine, but it was because the housing was loose. My seat wouldn't stay on either lol. Mine was REAL slow too lol. What year is yours?

I had two of those aniversary 650's and seeing those pictures remindes me how good they looked. thanx
88 I think. Haha must be a problem with the seat and yeah it is slow as piss. I get it cranking and get pissed cause it won't go anymore. It likes to do little jumps(think I broke the motor mount doin it) and when you hit the right thing it will ride the rears nicely. I almost flipped it over backwards once or twice.

Glad i could remind you hotrod. Sled dog, My atv was fun even though it wasn't fast. It loved little jumps too. When my neighbor bought that 440 XCR, i decided i wanted that more than my 650+trailboss. I mean, at night he would race it around his yard, and i would open up my window and listen to them glasspacks make them pipes scream!. I loved that sled, until the crankshaft went. Anyway i dont have a toy, but i am now saving up for a big one. This time a truck.

Yeah I am. I was hoping to find a 97-08 440xcr, or a 95-97 600XCR

Nice Pictures. I also like that fourwheeler, we had one a couple years ago, exactly the same thing. It ran forever. The serial number on ours was in the teens. Number 16 I think. It was one of the very first to role off of the line at Polaris.
