Just about have the 650 back together. I had some 8mm Taylor spiral pro wire left over from my car. Decided to give it a shot. Has anyone else ever tried this?

yep didn't work....somewhere theres I thread I did about it

Those don't look near long enough to fit around the carbs, airbox, and pipe with out anything being close.

Well they're done... lol, I guess I'll pick up some solid core wire....

They run between the carbs, in front of the airbox, and the pipe is on the other side of the motor...

I couldn't get spark when I tried it.....I had som killer wires off my Chevelle and had some left over. I thought high perf. wires for the Pro-x. NO LUCK with them. I bought some bulk solid core cable and spark city

You'd think the carbon would work. Guess I'm thinking car and not snowmobile again... Taylor makes a solid core wire, I'm going to order some up...

I,ve run Belden automotive wires with no problem but that was an older sled.I know NGK makes some nice wires for sleds,good stuff but a little pricey though.
