What made you what to change to plugs just for maintenance or was the sled running different? Was it warm or cold out on your last ride?

If you want to make sure you dont have a lean condition you could always spary carb cleaner around the crank seals and see if the rpm increases. But it really doesn't look terible, just old.

i would say maybe your running lean on the cylender
Not true one bit. Lean makes the plugs clean and white. That is normal carbon build up
