Anyone have any idea what type of RPM engagement I should see with a blue spring and stock weights on a polaris clutch. not a dark blue one. It is 120 # of force needed. approx. how many RPM's would this be with stock weights?

stock weights.

What kind of sled?

If it's an Indy 500 engagement would be around 4000

Not to steal spud's thunder, but on my 97 XLT SP I've got a gold spring and stock weights. It engages right around 4000...is that still about right for this sled?

Switch it out to blue. It starts to engage @ 4500 with stock weights. much improvement in the bottom end. lost the "bog" now I'm dealing with cold weather carb ice blue though.

Yea, the Indy 500 that I had tried it on is a '97, and stupid me, the owner had changed the spring back to gold.
