Hi me again what is the difference between a dark blue spring in a primary opposed to a light blue. I have a light blue in my XC 440 and a dark blue in my 600. But I have a light blue for the 600. Also on my secondary clutch it has a red spring should it be easy for the clutch plate to move. (the thing that goes back when you turn it) or not. It is pretty easy to turn even on the most resistance(spring in whole setting) I hate clutching.
Thanks

Chilly Willy, if they are OEM Polaris springs the tension is: blue 120-285 lbs. and dark blue 120-300 lbs. for the primary clutch. On the secondary the red spring is the softest spring offered by Polaris. Its 21-45 lbs. and is really soft in torsional pressure and side pressure. Get rid of it if you go with a performance helix. Any other ?
