Thats a tough question to answer....Most sleds are fat from the factory, and I too put a single pipe on an SRV and when I talked with the tech service people they said you could probably get away with not rejetting as long as you aren't running in real cold weather...But did say they recommend going up one size on the main to be safe. I did jet up one size, But I put in power reeds at the same time......Long story short, I still popped the motor. I lost a crank seal and it leaned way out on the PTO side cyl. So, I beleive if the crank seal had held up, the jetting was fine. Take that for what its worth. I would jet up one and still do some testing(plug reads). Boysen power reeds work really well with those sleds. Won't make much/if any peak HP....But the midrange really wakes up. Good luck
