Extend one tie rod and shorten the other. Loosen the jam nuts on the inner and outer tie rod ends and adjust to your liking. Be sure to check your toe afterwards, though. Some will say to use a straight edge from the edge of the track to give you a base line to work off of. That is a good idea, especially the alignment is off by a lot. Otherwise I do not feel it is critical to be to the gnats behind.
