Did he put it together wrong?

My jag wont' come back up either.. the pivot point rotates down and won't come up. It shouldn't be rotating at all. I need it to warm up a touch before I figure out what the hell I am going to do to fix it.

hey i just had an instance with this, in my 2002 zr600 i have position sensitve in it, that meens if pitched upwards it bottoms out to gain more traction, and if flat its goes rock hard, maybe you have something wrong with the shocks positioning
