I pulled the xtra 10 skid out of my 98 700 XC only to find it broke and twisted. I got ahold of a skid from an 08 700 Dragon. Any body have any tips as to fitting and drilling holes to make this work?

Bolt hole measurements from the dragon would be a good start.

I would read up a little first about doing the edge swap first, I personally think it is very doable with the right information for mounting.

Thanks. I got the suspension in and everything appears to fit, but it doesn't flex when I take it off the jacks. Am I binding somewhere?

Sounds to me like it is, but again I am no expert on a swap like this.

Yeah probably. Not sure how that suspension works but I'm assuming its like an edge. In the middle where either the from or rear shock bolts to (pretty sure the front) swings up and down. If its all the way down when bolted down it won't move one bit. Take it out and make sure its in the up position. That is how its supposed to be to work.
