I just picked up a Team LW420719 Helix for my Team secondary clutch in my '06 Fusion.

I took the stock helix out and found that the 719 did not fit. The hole in the center for the shaft to go through is to small, or it seems to be to small. My second issue is that the stock helix has 8 bolt holes, but the new one only has 4. I have been told that this helix is the one to have in a Polaris 900/755. I looked to see if there are more then one 420719 on the TEAM Industries web site, but there is only one.

Do I possibly have the wrong one some how?
Is there something I have to do to get the helix on the shaft?
Could I run it with only the 4 bolts?

Yes you have the wrong helix. You have the team 98 clutch. I don't beleive there is anyway you can get that helix to your in your clutch. Team is slowely phasing out the 98 clutch for the LW clutch. Helixs are getting harder to find.
