The thotel senser is the littel plastic switch behind the thotle. I had a indy 500 and the same switch went bad on it. I cut the wires and connected them. this made a closed circut and the sled ran great. Mite not be as safe but it was better then buying a new one.
There are two throttle safety switches. Both in the throttle block. One is the little button you see sticking out when you squeeze the throttle. The other is in the hinge point of the throttle. That is why the hinge point is sloppy. You have to disassemble the throttle block to get to either switch.
