I have a thumbwarmer that fell off of the throttle and I am wondering what type of glue or epoxy to use to put it back on. I was thinking about using some silicone but I am not sure if it will hold up to the heat that is generated. Your thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

There may be a better product, but on the old Phazer I used to have, I just used old fashion super glue. I put it on, then used a bunch of those plastic wire ties to cinch it down real good. Left those on for a couple of days, and the thumbwarmer stayed on fine.

This warmer went on the outside of the throttle though. If yours goes on the inside, you'd have to find a better way of securing the warmer while the glue dries. Also make sure it stays warm while it is drying.

Someone else may know of a better product though. I'm sure there are some out there, but this worked for me.
