Question for anyone that has input? I have a 1995 Thundercat, I had issues last year with carbs. What would you put on a 900cc triple that has a 998cc big jug kit on it? I had a hard time tuning these last year. Syncing them may have not been perfect. I set everything to spec, but this is kind of a little different with the big jug kit. So i am thinking of putting new carbs on it. Any ideas? Also what should this engine peak at for RPM's, I did not think it was quite high enough, which could have been a carb issue also. I do NOT want to blow this thing up again....

i am running 38 mm flat slides on my 1000 polaris.

its usually not the carbs fault its the tuners. you could make a 32 mm round slide work on that engine, it might suffer the peak hp some but you would/could get great trail economy and have very quick throttle response down low.
read your plugs and piston wash to dial in your jetting.

I think if i am not mistaken when I measured them they where 40mm. Was thinking of putting flat slide on it? Better or worse?
