I still have a problem with my track. I put new rails on it and the track is very loose. I tightened it all the way and it`s still loose i even put bigger idler wheels on it and its still loose. Could some one tell me how to fix it or what`s wrong with it.

Check the carrier wheels up in the tunnel to make sure their bearings are ok. Make sure that all 4 suspension bolts are installed and if all this is ok, i would say that your track is severly streched. I guess if it were me, I would just install longer tensioner bolts...that should solve your problem.

I have seen the two bolts on the front torque arm that go through the tunnel break at times. If they are broken the skid moves forward and the track gets loose. Check all the bolts and make sure they are not broken and are tight.
Just an issue I have seen before.
