My 1994 mercury cougar started puffin white smoke this afternoon. replaced the pass side head gasket last summer and now the car decided it was time for the driver side to be replaced. started working on it at around 6 this afternoon and got the head torn off around 10:30 tonight. few corona breaks inbetween here and there and a whole lot of foul language. nothing left to do but clean everything up and start reinstalling everything tomorrow morning.

Just make sure there is no cracks in the head. Evena hairline crack and all the time you spent on it will be wasted.

I checked it all over. Looked like a new head when I was all done cleaning it up. Got it all back together ten mins before I had to be to work and everything is good to go
