That is the question.

My airbox has given me nothing but trouble lately, cracked boots and what not..... it's annoying.

So I was thinking about buying some AAEN performance filters to replace the air box...
In my airbox, if snow gets on the engine, steam gets sucked down into the carbs and everything bogs down....It's terrible for the sled I'm sure

Would the filters prevent this?
What do you guys think of this switch?

no they wouldnt help at all. infact they will make it more likely for the steam to get sucked in the engine then the airbox would

Damn.

Edit: Bobinwi, I got that clear silicone still... should I just fill up the crack and hope for the best on it??

Otherwise I can't hit drifts anymore :(

you would make less power to. sucking all that hot air under the hood. rather then getting cold fresh air from out side of the sled .but if you are racing it i would do the filters and trail riding air box.

I always thought an air box would be better because it sucks in cold air. Filters, suck underhood air that is warmer, and cold air = more power
