One of my cylinders is running too rich. My friend said the oil pump may be "stiff" and that when i take it for a ride it will loosen the pump and make everything fine agian ?

More than likely your jetting/fuel screw is off not your pump. The oil pump pumps the same amount to both cylinders.

Is it fouling the plug out? Did you run it a WOT, then hit kill switch, with no idling, then check plug color? If not the color you see don't mean crap. You can also do this for each carb setting.

What do you mean? I idle the sled and shut it off. One plug is nice and brown toasty like it should be the other has some oil on it and it black .
