I weight 205, I just put in a new suspension(Used but new to me)

When I sit on the sled, it sinks pretty low, what can I do about that?

Is it spring or shock? Also, when I get off, it only returns halfway, you can pull up the back end and it goes to normal

How much does it go down, when you sit on it. There is some amount of sag required.

stiffer springs are the cure. make sure nothing is seized up as well. shocks only dampen spring compressions and rebounds, they have nothing to do with ride height or sag....with the exception of the fox float shocks

adjust the spring tension....I think arctic cat recommends the middle setting for your weight...also need to make sure it is greased up well and not binding anywhere.....

ya just crank up your torsion springs and you should be ok, if not you can get heavier springs for most sleds. i am about 200 lb and i set my sled up to the high setting and it worked pretty good.
