93ish. If it's stock. Depends on what track you have on it. I ran my 96 xlt with a 133 track off a 90 indy trail (.625 lug?), sea level gearing and clutching and I pulled 96mph on the gps running on straight hardpack. I didn't put any time into fine tuning to get more mph, just the quick changes and ran it. I'm pretty sure I could coax an even 100 out of it if I took the time, But I wouldn't expect it to hold there under average trail conditions. Running a 1.5 lug with the exact same clutch and gear setup only gets me up to 85 to 87 on flat hardpack at around +5 degrees F. If you are looking to get a more accurate top speed measurement use a gps that records top speed and forget the speedometer, mine told me I was going 110... Not very reliable.
