Those of you who have been involved in or read the post on "my 800 wont go over 40", i found out what the problem was...the nikisill inside my cylinder was pealng off by the exaust valve and the piston was cooked but surprisingly it had 120psi...costed 600 canadian to repair....anyways does anybody know how many lbs i should torque the head bolts to....Thanks

should be 18-22 foot lbs on the head bolts and the cylinders are 35 foot lbs i belive. i just did mine and thats what i did them to as per my mechanic.
