Well here's the deal, Toshiba has VERY bad customer service, supposed to call back, and every time they don't, or they call back when I've told them I will not be around. I have great net signal, and my gf's laptop works great (also a Toshiba) But mine shows full signal and drops the connection randomly, also VERY slow connection, in the 3mbps range where all the others in the house on wireless are over 10mbps. Even with a USB wi-fi stick I still can't get good internet service. Bios updated, and net card is also up to date, running win 7 (upgrade CD). Realtek 8192E Wi-Fi card in it. Any ideas?
