While I was out on my last ride my track came loose and started ratcheting on the drive cogs. While on the trail I re-tightened the track and problem away. After the ride I went home checked everything in the skid (bolts, idlers, etc.) and it looked ok. Now, some 50 miles later, the track is ratcheting again. The track has about 5000 miles on it. Is something wore out that I'm not looking at? Is the track about to blow?

(and yes, the lock nuts are tight on the adjuster bolts [thumb]I was hoping that was the problem)

Did you tighten the jam nut? That's the only thing that would make it come loose. Once I set the tension on my track I turned the jam nuts all the way in then put like a half turn on the bolt itself. Also are the rear bogeys tight?
