I put the rear suspension back in my 94 Polaris 650 RXl and I also replaced the tension blocks and bolts that push the last axle back to adjust tension on the track. My question is, how tight should the track be. I have the sled jacked up at the rear. The track has about an inch and a half slack where it hangs off the bottom of the rear suspension. Any idea how much should be there?

Thanks

The spec in the manual says 3/8-1/2 inch between the hifax and the inner track clip surface with a 10lb. weight on Make sure you do your track alignment afterwards.
