Depends on where I am going to use it. Twin for tight trails and tripple for wide open rail grades and lakes.

Twin all the way. And wasn't the exact same poll done like not even a week ago?

I would rather have a twin because, It is easier to work on stuff around the motor. Because triples always have three pipes in the way but with a twin you only have one pipe to mess with.

yes there was a poll about triples and twins a little while ago, however that was a poll on whether or not polaris should bring a triple back into it's line-up.

I voted for Twin.

Triples all the way.

Weight you say? stock ultra dry weight 509 lbs, stock 98 XC 700 484 lbs. With pipes that takes off rougly 20 pounds and 509 - 20= 489.....

I'll take a triple over a twin. I just love the sound and performance out of the older triples.

Well, if I had a tourer, like an XLT, i would like a triple, jsut for the smoothness and the pleasant sound, If i was riding hard, i would want a twin fdor light weight ness, ease of use, and power. Thats my .02

twin all the way lighter makes good power not as much as triple but how fast do you really need to go?

yah, these polls are getting old. I love my old triple and will just move it to newer frames. so I can have my triple prox or fusion. but these topics never lead to anything good.
