Hey guys, Im starting to tear apart my 1975 Arctic Cat El Tigre 340, and i noticed when i pulled the tank off, how much the tunnel actually could shine, i tryed waxing it using a lot of elbow grease, but it didnt work to well, what do you guys recomend using to take all the dirt and stains off the tunnel, here are some pictures

Spray nine or WD-40

wd-40 to get the dirt and stuff off mothers to make it shine

Mothers Aluminum polish and a power ball...works wonders

I would scrub it with a degreaser, and then wet sand starting with 1000-1500 and go to 2000 and then polish. It will be as good as new.

I use flitz aluminum polish, it works great.

exactly what i did except after sanding it i used mothers alminum polish and remember when sanding only sand in one direction.
