Can someone please help me.. I just purchased a 2001 Arctic Cat Z370 for my wife that looked to be in PERFECT condition with dealer inspection receipts. However, not untill I got it home did I really go over it and find that there were no tunnel protectors installed and at the center of the tunnel the studs have worn through in a couple of strips... Is this worth worrying about as it is an air cooled sled?? Is the sled junk?? Can I just put some protectors in and pop rivet a piece of aluminum to the tunnel?? Worstcase scenerio.. DO I NEED A NEW TUNNEL?

Please someone help me before I get jerked around by a dealer.

Air cooled it's not soo bad. It's just a simple mechanical fix. Yuo could try and ask the dealer. Bet you he missed it. Then get some protection up in there. If you have to do the work, the seat off.Easier to rivot or screw in the protectors. Liquid sled is all differant
