My dad took his Viper to Pocono Snowmobile to get it fixed after the new engine only ran 7900 RPMS which is about 400RPMs short of the max power range. Well they took it in and figured all the problems out. 1 the power vavles were in backwards as he put it. We believe this mean that they were upsidedown aka the angle was the wrong way. 2 they were not adjusted well. 3 the jetting was richened out by the dealer who put the engine in. My dad was flaming pissed that they jetted it up without telling him. He even mentioned how well it had run(when it ran) on stock jetting and how he was happy to have that stock setup and the guy he was talking to never mentioned that they rejetted the thing. I have a feeling all our dealings with the Viper will be up at Pocono Snowmobile from now on. The owner is a really cool guy who is real honest and just a simply great guy. He also told us he knows a guy who could do revalving on the Viper shocks.
