What's going on?
I finally freed up some room in the shop & pulled my XCR 800 in. I can't find a year anywhere on the tunnel, everythings pretty worn down but I'm thinking it's a 2000.

Core status on one cylinder & the domes/heads are pretty hammered. Let me know what you have & what you want shipping included to Alaska (99723). Thanks.

Pistons
Cylinder (standard bore)
Domes
Top end gasket kit

The cylinder and head are easily repairable and usually cheaper in the long run vs buying a used cylinder and hoping its good.

Well the gouges are deep enough that I think a hone is out of the question. I'm no interested in a bore or sleeve, I'd like to keep it OEM. Another problem is being in a crazy remote location & not having anyone that can do the repair here. I can send them to Anchorage but I figured after shipping cost, repair cost, & wait time I'd be better off getting a used one.

call milenium, they prolly have them sitting on the shelf waiting to ship out. and if not turn around time is decent, shipping to alask. might be a bit pricey but like madcow said atleast you know what you got with a warranty.
