I need to know the difference between m10 weight and m1 weights on polaris clutches. Things such as weight design and such. Also can worn out buttons and rollers affect the way a clutch performs How badly? What weights should go with what springs (just the weights listed). should I put m1 with dark blue spring or m10 with dark blue sping.
Thanks

Hmm, all i will say is that worn buttons/rollers can increase the friction within the clutch and make it less efficient= robs your HP, and makes the sled less responsive. The clutch can get stuck in spots too.

a m1 is modified 46.0+-1 gram

10m/b blue bushed 47.5+- 1

I do not see m10 in my service manual1996-98

If your sled is 96to 98 I can look it up in the service manual
