What are some of your summer sled projects?

I want to upgrade track suspension shocks and change sliders.

I need to have my cylinders checked for "out of round" and make sure they're still within spec. I've only got 115, 115, 100 psi from the pto side to the mag side after a rebuild from last fall.

Replace crank seals, and have crank and bearings checked.

Install UFO's and TempaFlo.

New carbide runners.

Set of new plastic skis.

Multi angle helix, to complete my clutch kit.

Maybe 24 more studs.....I've got 96 in Woody's aggresive pattern now.

Plan on upgrading from the Trail to a 2000 XC 500 SP Anniversary Edition. I gotta wait till later this summer before I know whether or not I'll be doing that though.

I've got three sleds to work on. I've got a 1987 Phazer that has no spark, needs wiring done, a 1998 Bravo that needs to be put together, braced the body, and my 1999 XC 500 still having problems with the carbs, or I need to look at finding out compression.

dynamic balance engine and clutchs, solid mount engine in sled, shave 20-30 pounds by using chrome moly in place of factory steel, gear it for one day of back yard grass racing then set it up for the upcoming season of speed racing.

Also punching it 40 over, and either a new track or more studs (track is the way but money will judge. Also some 40 mm carbs and transfer over my UFO's. I also want to lighten the sled by taking out, and replacing some of the steel with aluminum.
